Mixing Technology
Mixing belongs to the most important basic operations of Process technology. The basic purpose of mixing being acceleration of Mass and Heat Transfer.
In nearly all process of chemicals, Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food industries as well as feed-stock and water treatment, mixing is undertaken with the object to accelerate the natural diffusion.
The task of the impeller consists on one hand to generate in the vessel a three dimensional flow field with large momentum flow density and on the other hand to create in the multi-phase system on interfacial area as large as possible.
Although mixing is a very old process, it was until recently even with the most modern data process system it is no possible to calculate in advance the exact theoretical conditions in the Agitated vessel at any given time. An optimum mixer design is only done if the latest specific development together with operational experience is applied together.

We manufacture Hollow shaft motor based stirrers and they have found great use for various different applications in the industry. The impellers are directly mounted to the motor and there is no further reduction in speed.
We have manufactured co-axial counter current agitators, wherein there are twin shafts rotating in opposite directions.
Successful installation & commissioning of Agitators have been carried out at sites ranging from Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bhopal, Jammu and various other sites in Maharashtra & Gujarat.
